Amazing dupe of another well known brand. Quality is outstanding for the price (purchased on Black Friday sale but even full price is good value). Very warm and has some weight to it. My 16 year old loves this jacket and wears it walking to school every day in cold weather.

This jacket is cozy and comfortable. It's warm but doesn't feel too heavy either. I really like the inside zipper pocket and the soft cuffs on the sleeve that are long enough to tuck in your hands if you need to. The hood has good coverage and is removeable. It's a practical, every-day jacket, that has all the elements that are sometimes missing in similar styles. It's really reasonable for the price. I bought a size small and am 5'4 /125 lbs, it fits well and leaves enough room for a sweater underneath.

It honestly seems like a dupe for the Aritzia super puff. It’s actually warmer in my opinion! And I also love how the hood is removable! Perfect for the city.

It is designed with high quality material so it is durable. I bought the black colour that looks so classic. The zippers are of amazing quality and slides so quickly and easily. Buttons are easy to close/open and are beautifully designed too. Overall it is amazing when it comes to comfort, design, functionality and durability. Would highly recommend it.

I really like that the hood is detachable. I wore it when it felt like -15°C (according to the weather app) and it kept me warm. Big plus for the extended sleeves too — I love that they cover part of my hands, especially on colder days. Definitely a great everyday winter jacket.

At first impression, the jacket looked even better in person.  The material feels comfortable, not heavy.  I could move easily without feeling restricted. The stitching looks well-done, and the zipper runs smoothly. It kept me warm in a 0°C to -18°C (32°F to -0.4°F) nicely. Haven’t had anything colder to test it yet. The Ripzone Women's Friday Short Puffy is an excellent choice as a versatile, everyday jacket for a female in Calgary. It's comfortable, stylish, and provides ample warmth for much of the fall and winter, especially if you spend most of your time in the city.   This shortcut means it's not a single-solution "deep winter parka" for the absolute coldest Alberta days.  But as a daily driver for running errands or commuting on most winter days, because of it’s a shortcut.  The short puffer style is fashionable and versatile, making it easy to layer over various outfits, from casual wear to work attire.  The short length gives it a less "outdoorsy expedition" look and more of a city-ready vibe.   The hood on the Ripzone Women's Friday Short Puffer Jacket is both adjustable and removable, offering versatility based on weather conditions and personal style preferences.  I like that the hood is adjustable, likely with drawstrings or similar mechanisms, allowing you to tighten or loosen it for a secure, comfortable fit that helps keep wind and snow out. I love that it is large enough to fit my head when I have braids in.  A key feature is its ability to be removed entirely, which is convenient for milder days or when you prefer a different look.   I love that the hood is part of the overall insulated design of the jacket, helping to provide warmth and protection from cooler temperatures and also that the hood uses the same shell material as the rest of the jacket, which includes a DWR (durable water-repellent) treatment for protection against light rain or snow. Pockets were deep and roomy with that added clasps for added protection so that contents are snug and secure. I also love the inner breast pocket for that extra storage space for your valuables.   Overall, I would recommend this jacket for anyone who wants something stylish and functional for everyday wear for those mild wind but layer up for colder temperatures.
