Not even close to full coverage.

Saw these advertised as being full coverage.. they are NOT full coverage. I bought them in the right size and they ride up with at least 2 inches of butt hanging out on either side. Dissapointing but I guess they'll work for at home use.

No, I do not recommend this product.
