Hat is great, experience was bad

Hat is great, but arrived with theft-tag still on. Had to physically go to a Sportchek and then prove to a suspicious clerk that I wasn’t a criminal so they could remove the tag. Sounds easy but felt degrading. Staff definitely thought I was trying to scam them. Not a great experience.
