Ripzone Women's Sunday Xtra Long Puffer Jacket

Super warm and love the houndstooth pattern, so unique in a world of black coats. Exactly what I wanted!

Absolutely love this coat, I'm a hiker and spend every weekend on our trail system, even at -20°C I can spend hours in the woods with no worries about being cold! Love It!!

I bought this coat for exactly what the title says - the dreaded daily yard duty I have as I work in education. I’ve read through some reviews and just wanted to state the obvious: the coat is long. looooong. It’s SUPPOSED TO BE LONG. Check out the images on the model. I purchased knowing it was going to sit mid-calf length (I’m 5’6”) but I did see some comments of people complaining about the length that were taller than me. I would say if you’re 5’1”-5’3”… the length could be an issue. However again please understand that it is intended for you to be a giant, walking sleeping bag. There are snaps on the sides you can open to make movement easier (example, sitting down) but I haven’t had any issues. The hood fits perfect and keeps your ears warm. The coat itself is awesome for -20 days and helps keep you warm. I even sometimes overheat in mine. My only issue is sometimes the zipper is finicky but I can manage to get it (it’s double zippered). If you’re a sucker outside for over an hour each day for yard duty - don’t sleep on this coat. She is THAT girl! Also there are pockets (not snapped or zippered) and I’ve worn this coat for daily walks too. Would buy again and again as it was on sale and much cheaper than comparable brands with the same length.

A nice array of colour options with a fleece lined neck and removable hood. The jacket has interior and exterior pockets - plenty of room for storing keys and phone. It is a heavy duty coat so definitely for the very cold days below freezing and strong winds. Waterproof exterior and keeps the legs warm. I would recommend this jacket!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Anyone who lives in Canada knows that a quality jacket is a need to get through the cold months. Winter hasn't been horrible this year, but I have broken this bad boy out a few times, especially to go shovel. I LOVE how long it is! I'm one to layer up, which you can easily do with this jacket, but it keeps your whole body warm with ease. While I haven't had to yet, the material seems like it would be very easy to clean, which is always nice. I think this would be a great choice for someone who might spend a lot of time waiting for the bus outside or just walking. My favorite feature on any long jacket is a dual zipper (one that unzips from the bottom) to give you more room to move, or to be more comfortable while you sit. I have only had mine for a few months now, but it seems very durable and I have a feeling I'll have this for many winters to come. Overall, I'm very happy with this jacket and would recommend it to anyone!
