Missing Pull Elastic on the back of the boot

They were great but one of the elastics that pull to to walking mode was missing. If you have an extra one please send. I would assume no one checked the ski boots before they were shipped. The plastic wasn't sealed so also assume they were a return or something and someone removed the elastic pull.
But otherwise they are good so far - skiing with them in a week.
