Great shorts but elastic bunched up after awhile

Love everything about these shorts except elastic bunched up after several washings - I recommend tacking the elastic when you purchase. I just purchased a 2nd pair, and have sewn the elastic down so this does not happen again. True to size, am usually a size 8 and fit a medium. If it weren't for the elastic issue I would have given these shorts a 5 star.
