Unhappy with unfair ordering practices
a year ago
Unfair ordering protocol. I ordered this online and when I was notified it was in store I was unable to pick it up within 7 day window because I was sick. I emailed store requesting an extra day to hold, because I really wanted this bra. No response. The bra was returned, credit card refunded. Please be more accommodating.
