    Being 280 pounds there wasn’t many options, i was using more of a hiking back pack on my long runs & would bounce a ton, but this fit like a glove. Stayed put the whole time & is easy to pull my phone out and put it back in place while still running

    Great Hydro vest

    I use my hydro vest in the warmer months or longer runs(20+ miles). I this it's great and keeps tight to your body to help reduce friction. I did buy the pack for the back and even with that on it works great. Good intro to your first vest

    On loop runs, I leave a water bottle that I drink from as I pass it. I wear this vest for longer runs, and so far it has provided enough liquid for me to run up to 2.5 hours. I'm starting to do longer runs, so I think I'll need to add a 1.5L reservoir to the pouch on the back side of this thing. But the 1L on the front of this has so far been sufficient, and it's nice to have the pockets in front for my car keys, gels, and salt tablets.
