Salomon Men's Quest 5 GORE-TEX Hiking Boots

Only boots that my feet like. The ankle support is key and these boots provide it. They are comfortable. Keep it up.

I got my pair right before a 2 day backpacking trip and they did not disappoint. I wore them brand new out on the trail and despite not being broken in at all they were amazingly comfortable! It wasn’t without some mild foot soreness after 7ish miles, but it was almost always ignorable. Near the bringing of the hike I dropped my phone into a shallow stream and watched it slide face down towards a slightly deeper section. I quickly jumped into the stream to try and get it back. After about a minute and a half of searching I found it and the whole while my boots submerged in water. I find the new quests are longer than the old ones, ive always been a 9.5 in old quests but all of a sudden they seem to be longer, make sure to try on a half size down to see if its better for you, and Salomon it would be nice if you guys tell us that youve made ylur quests longer as im not the only person saying this, google it.

23 year military veteran here! This is exactly what a hiking boot should be. It's waterproof, extremely well built, and the Ankle support is better than nearly anything I have ever owned.

Super stoked to try out a new pair. Current salomons have lasted 8 yrs

The quality of these compared to the 4 has fallen off a cliff

Great update to an already excellent boot. Weight has dropped giving it a faster feel. Hope they last a long time like my Quest 4 have.

These are exceptional, light, durable and so comfortable. As a Professional Maine Master Guide I wear them exclusively whenever possible. I highly encourage you to try them out.
