Extremely comfortable right out of the box. They felt very confident on and off piste. The only problem I found with them is after about 60 hours they started to feel a bit sloppy on the top of the foot/ankle area when doing butters and jumps. I couldn’t seem to tighten them enough to hold my foot in place but Installing an aftermarket foot bed helped. Overall I found these were a great all mountain boot and unlatched they are very comfortable to walk around resort. If you want something a bit more tight for some sendy stuff this might be a bit loose but for comfortable all day rides these are excellent!

The boots are very comfortable but stiff with a good support. They have all the features you need. They come with additional insoles as well to accommodate half size. I added the additional insoles to my boots and they are very snug.

Stiff enough to control the ski but forgiving enough for a full day on the slopes in comfort. The shift pro line is the industry standard in a touring and/or resort boot and this doesn’t disappoint. Comfortable out of the box and “slipper” like if you have them fitted. All the tech you’ll need to ensure your boots are never the thing that holds you back. Definitely a bit more aggressive than a “comfort” boot but these are my new go-to regardless of what terrain I’m skiing.

Excellent value at sale price at Sport Chek. Boot fit overall was good although plastic felt softer than other skil boots. The liner was okay for the price point, although even with a 100 mm last design toe box was roomy. The buckles were firm but adjustment for tightening was limited because the plastic felt soft. Walking mechanism was superb!! Skiing was okay although as I indicated the toe box seemed a bit roomy. Good average boot with average flex rating, boot was reactive during performance without snapping in more challenging conditions. The walking tread was firm and confident.

Great boots for comfort, very poorly made.

Having owned many boots I was shocked that three buckles broke in 3 months of skiing. Buckles are not covered by warranty nor does sport chek replace them at all. I would not buy Solomon again.
