Very good boot

As described, this keeps the cold out. Little stiff at first, but I got used to them. Traction is very good. Overall I’m very pleased.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great Boots for Cold!!!

Just bought these & used them on a hike in bitter cold, windy, winter conditions in the mountains of West Virginia. Temps hovered circa 19F with windchills circa 6F. These boots were warm & comfortable with silk sock liners & a pair of alpaca boot socks. Get them a full size larger than your regular size! Also, I laced them loosely in the instep for greater foot & toe movement in the cold. Great Boots!

Yes, I recommend this product.

20 years ago I bought B52 and they alive till today! I had all of my trips to winter nature in them. at Christmas I tried to replace them to newer models such as Toundra. they ended after ONE trip to altai! there is no membrane. my legs was totally wet. boots didn't dry in any way. the sole came off. Toe got holes from which I could squeeze my moisture outside. this boots just for jogging with your doggie in park! not for having trips in nature! Aerogel works fine. Warm boots. But disposable.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Winter Ready

Excellent pair of boots for the cold winter weather and slushy conditions. My feet stay warm and dry. I still use smart wool socks for added warmth. Short breaking in period as well.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great for weather, painful to wear

I have had many mens 12 boots in the past yet none have gave me this unique issue. This boot crushes my pinkie toe from the top down primarily on the left boot but somewhat on the right. The crease that develops along the lining from the laces to the front rubber piece and it collapses so much on the outside corner. I don’t have a work around. I can’t crouch down without immense discomfort which forces my knee on the ground to relieve pressure. Walking is uncomfortable in general just from this issue. I have loosened it, worn it regardless of pain to “break it in”, but nothing is working. I can’t refund this boot so I’m stuck with a high quality pair of boots I can’t wear comfortably. It’s warm, doesn’t leak, looks slick, but I can’t wear them or return them.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Decent boot but I expected a little more comfort a

I have had these boots for 3 weeks now and I really thought they would be a little warmer, it really hasn’t been that cold here in nyc and I feel when the temperature really drops they won’t be as warm as I expected since my feet feel not as warm now , but I am guessing that all boots are pretty much not gonna keep your feet completely warm but since it said -30 and they were pretty much the only boot to say -30 of all the other brands they would be a warmer boot ,, also I guess since the boots are high they might need to be broken in a little bit cause they seem to hurt my shin a little bit and the lower part of my calf so hopefully it will start to feel better after they get broken in , I never thought of that since I knew they were higher boots and I wanted the boots higher but I didn’t realize they were gonna bother my shin the lower calf , I probably would have brought lower boots but all in all they are decent , I would probably look at other boots in the future maybe a little lower , I am sure the warmth of other boots are pretty much the same…

Yes, I recommend this product.

After a year of solid use. Every single night 5 to 6 days a weeks. Working 16 hour shifts. Used on rail yards, trains, bus, stations, street and ancillary's, these boots have kept me warm, waterproof and protected. I can't recall how many times I have smashed my foot closing the unit door or jammed my feet against concrete structures. I have never felt any pain to my feet. I would highly recommend these. I work graveyard shift so I really put these boots to use and to the test and even with the ripping as everyone have mentioned it has held up. Possible reinforcement on version 2.0? would be great but I highly recommend. That being said as snow shoes? Mmm I did test it briefly on snow and on wet surfaces and they do not hold up well as far as grip goes. Maybe another point of improvement.

Yes, I recommend this product.
