The sales person in the store was so attentive, polite, and hustled! This was a unique experience for me at the mall. He actually seemed to like what he was doing and wanted to interact with his customer. As for the hiking shoes I purchased, they had to be ordered and were delivered to my home 3 days later. I put them on and did a 7 km walk without issue. Great service. Great product. But it was the service that made the difference.

Boots are fine , shipping was a joke , took ‘Joey’ 4 separate attempts to deliver , finally showed up in an Uber . Won’t mail order again if that is the delivery option .
