Product Details

An all-around crowd-pleaser, the Stance 90 is elegantly poised, yet powerfully built. Now featuring a dynamic karuba/poplar construction to tame a twin-metal frame, the Stance 90 offers just the muscle and edge control you need to savor the entire mountain – but it won’t wear you out before après. Go ahead, get dancing.

  • Lively & responsive: A new karuba/poplar wood core combined with a redesigned titanal frame and all-mountain rocker profile offer finesse and agility to this redesigned ride.

  • Superior edge hold: Full sandwich sidewalls plus a metal Twinframe laminate create confidence-inspiring edge grip on and off piste.

  • All-mountain versatility: We’ve redefined “all-mountain” with a new metal chassis, and a dynamic wood core to create a ski that will take you anywhere from groomers to glades – with ease.

  • Twin Frame 2

  • Double Ti: Double layer of titanal, one on either side of the core, improves hard snow performance. It increases precision, offers a good edge grip and improves responsiveness.

  • Karuba / Poplar Full Woodcore: Woodcore is a mix between poplar and karuba. Karuba offers lightweight and inertia.

Great Ski

I bought these about a month ago and have skied this multiple times. It has some aggressiveness when carving. I hit a jump and fell forwards and scraped my face on the ground, but I had these skis and Salomon Strive 14 Multiform bindings and my skis were off after I fell, and my legs felt completely unharmed. These are also great for hitting jumps and getting air. The landing feels softer than other skies I have used. They have some titanal in them so they are also stiff, all around great ski.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Disappointing Durability

I had high expectations for these skis, but they turned out to be a huge letdown. After just one session on the slopes, the wood on the top started ripping off, exposing how weak the build really is. For something that should withstand multiple uses, this level of fragility is unacceptable. If you’re looking for durability, I’d recommend steering clear of these.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed with Salomon Stance 90 construction!!

Purchased this Salomon Stance 90 ski & 3rd day on our ski holiday the ski delaminated & came apart behind the boot & binding. I’m 55yr old, 145lbs & in all my years of skiing have never had a ski come apart like this. I’m now stuck having to rent skis for the remainder of our holiday here at Sunshine & Lake Louise. I travelled with my brand new equipment so I wouldn’t have to rent & now I have to deal with warranty claim!

No, I do not recommend this product.
