Soft and comfortable

These shorts are extremely comfortable for running or hiking. The spandex was not as tight as I was expecting and my phone bounced a bit while running. I will definitely be wearing these shorts for hiking or shorter runs when I don’t bring my phone. For reference I am 5’3” 125 lbs and bought a size small. It runs a tiny bit on the larger side, but not enough for me to have ordered an XS.

First off, I’m not a fan on running shorts because of the fit. But these were the best ones I’ve found. I like the stretchy fabric under the shorts - definitely prevented chaffing. The pocket on the right side under the shorts were perfect for my phone and easy to access through my run using gps on the trail. I hope they never discontinue this style!

I love my shorts! They make me run faster as I do not feel them on, they are super light and breathable!!! I am in between sizes S and M and I ordered S as I didn’t want them to look like a skirt! They fit but M would probably fit too if I wanted it to be slightly longer.

I bought these shorts to go on vacation. They are comfy and because the legs have the grip at the bottom they don’t rise up. Kinda looks like you have a skirt on but you really have shorts. Got a medium and they fit fine

Great Running shorts

This is my first pair of Salomon shorts. The waistband is super comfy and doesn’t dig in. I like they are lightweight. They do not have a tight compression type fit. The inner short did ride up a little but not to the point of being annoying. I didn’t like the way my phone felt in the side pocket, it didn’t feel very secure and pulled the shorts down a bit. Note I do have a smaller iPhone. This is not a huge drawback for me since I can also put my phone in my running vest/pack. I think it would be fine for hiking or walking. Overall I am satisfied with the fit and comfort. I will probably also purchase a black pair.
