I have these in both Gore-Tex and not and wear them several days a week. I’ve worn them on morning walks and for extended day hikes and they have been perfect shoes for me. Always a Salomon fan and these didn’t disappoint!

Favorite for long techy runs

I love these shoes for long days out in the mountains. Kicking rocks, no problem. They have great grip but also responsive for quick feet on the marbles. Although (to me) they are on the minimal cushion side, they are comfortable in their own way. They have yet to let me down.

Comfortable and Bouncy

When I put on these shoes, I feel like I have better posture. They are very comfortable and give me a spring in my step. They are light, yet well-structured and give me stability. I like the lacing system, how there is a lip to tuck the cord in, so it doesn't get caught on anything. There are no pressure points, and my feel do not get sore anywhere, even after walking for hours. I like the material they use outside at the toe to give it more durability and water-resistance. I find my feet stay dry even when walking through wet grass. This is a well-made shoe.
