    I like these shoes so much that I'm buying a second pair. They were comfortable right out of the box. They are very waterproof. I've hiked many miles in the redwoods in the rainy winter on muddy, flooded trails as well as wearing them in snow and my feet stayed cozy and dry. They seem durable and well made. Great traction on wet slippery rocks. Very happy with them.

    I had a pair of Solomon hiking shoes that were at least 20 years old that I finally had to replace. I was worried this new pair would not be nearly as comfortable but they were perfect right out of the box. Im not in love with the color, but it was on sale and now I think the shoe looks fine. Have worn these shoes on up to five mile hikes and rocky and wet terrains and am pleased with the performance.
