    Not bulky, it has plenty of room for a water bottle, key and small accessories when running. So practical that I had to buy a second one for my partner.

    When I need to carry something while jogging or hiking, I use this bag to carry. It does it's job. I don't go for a running with it (around 5:00 min/km), but use it for jogging (around 5:30 min/kim)

    I bought this about a month ago as a running pack mostly. I love that I can fit my light weight little jacket and my gloves along with my phone in the main pockets. I love love the little the little pockets in tue front where you can carry your car keys, tissue, and pocket knife, etc for quick access.

    I’ve using the XT 6 for MTB and is very comfortable, it fits a 1.5 lts blather, bike tools and snacks, the back barely moves in my back, I like it.

    The thoughtful design of this backpack gives your back some breathing room so the sweat doesn't build up under the traditional "rectangular" shaped hiking pack. And, it's feather-light when it's empty, which means almost every ounce of what you are lugging around is the stuff you packed. Plenty of room to carry food/bev, a dry set of clothes, and whatever else you might want.

    Not compatible with soft flasks

    I had to return, because the soft flasks do not work as noted. They fall into the flask hole provided and you have to fish around for the mouthpiece. If you don't need the flasks, it seems fine. If you want the added water with flasks, then this wont work for you.
