Bought this a couple of months ago. Super customizable and I love the features. I also like how well the call features is. Only problem is the battery life.

Great features although much more than I want

After two short-life Fitbits and declining support from Google, I decided to switch brands. So far so good. I've pared it down to just what I need in a watch - fitness and health tracking primarily. Love the ECG feature. Still not sure how good the BP will be. Battery usage is much higher than I'd like, but I'm hoping at least to get it over 24 hours. (Why do I have to agree to the terms of a contest that ended 11 months ago?)

CRAP BATTERY LIFE - MORE LIKE DEATH

I sent this watch back twice cause the battery life doesn't even last 8 hrs. I pay monthly for a phone line, cause I thought this would be a great watch. What a mistake.
It has been in a drawer for about 11 month of the year that I have had it. I use to be a Samsung fan - not anymore. And I bet this feedback never makes it to a public review. Can't recommend it / won't recommend it and simply wish I didn't fall for the hype. Samsung should be embarrassed on this product.

The battery does not last long, barely 2 days and for me this is the only downside of this watch, the rest is good

Not as good as I expected from Samsung

I bought this a month ago and find the GPS is telling me it is still connecting while I hike over 400 meters. After that it finally starts working. It appears to count the steps correctly but the KM tracking is steady 400 + meters short on a 2.4 KM hike. My wife has the same watch and does not have this issue. Her watch shows 200 meters too much on a 2,4 km walk compared to a accurate Garmin stand alone GPS. I tried different settings and wishes Samsung would have a way to better show features and settings on these watches. I don't believe it is user error since both watches act differently. I only recommend this watch if you do not care about accurate KM tracking. All other features seem OK so far.

The watch seems well made and is comfortable to wear. The battery doesn't seem to last more than a day, plus, I can't figure out how to see a list of my emails. I called and the service person in India didn't have a clue either. The Samsung email app doesn't show up on the watch. I get a notice when the email comes in, but there is no app on the watch to go through the emails.
Why do they insist on making the watch round? Emails, texts, photos, everything is rectangular.
Why can't I get one with a nice gold case and a good leather band?
