Quality improvement since 2020. I had noticed a significant decrease in the quality and durability of their endorphin line, but they seem to have fixed that with these. Fit has stayed the same in this model and across the endorphins. Great runner for training and race day

My second pair of Saucony running shoes, and they by far exceed some of the other larger brands around. They are extremely light and comfortable. I also found that there wasn’t any real “break-in” period, good to go right out of the box.

There should be lots of better and faster shoes out there. But I just like these Pro 4s. I have other makes and models in rotation. But every time I run with these, they are way ahead of the other ones. Very smooth from landing through transition to toe off. Still have lots of foam to keep going after 20k. Stable and grippy through fast turns. Excellent weight balance. Very comfortable. Consistently reduce run time (as compared with other makes and models I have) by 3-4% without extra exertion. But don't expect to run trail or through twigs with them. The top is bare bone, which makes them light and nimble.

I am on my 4th pair of the Endorphin Pro 4's. It usually takes me awhile to find a shoe that I really love and these are by far my favorite shoes of all time. I have not tried the 5's but hope Saucony did not change too much with them.
