The Fastwitch 9 is a lightweight low cushion jogger / runner which is ideal for low to mid distance workouts. I put allot of miles on the pair that I own and am very pleased with the durability and bright colors of this shoe. I like it and recommend it!

I personally love these shoes as more of a gym shoe/trainer as they are pretty light and minimalistic. I know these were originally designed prior to the "super shoe" era with fast sessions and racing in mind, but I prefer them as an easy run shoe or a gym shoe. But I do tend to prefer more minimalistic shoes on my easy days as opposed to more cushy shoes.

My favorite racing shoes 5k to half marathon. Super lightweight with required ankle stability/cushion for longer runs. Responsive for those rainy days when your foot needs to feel the road. Perfect for fast workouts as well as mixing in with slower long distance endurance training runs.
