    What happened after the 12s?

    I really like these shoes; I would definitely get another pair, if I could. That said, my wife is on her second pair of Peregrine 13s in the time that I have had these 12s. The materials/construction of the 13s is far inferior. Saucony will have to work to win us back with future models.

    Shoes fit true to size Toe box has plenty of room -- especially for bombing downhills Super agressive/grippy lugs work great on loose terrain or wet rocks High-quality shoe and protective upper that keeps debris out

    Maybe the Best Trail Shoe for Everyday Runners

    Don't do a ton of trail running so wanted something that was highly-rated and cheaper. These shoes checked both boxes. And they did not disappoint. I used them for a 50K and a 10-hr this summer, as well as for a 15K race this fall. They fit perfectly (true to size); never too snug, with a wide toe box. The run this fall was dirt, roots, and leaves, and I was really impressed with the tread of the Peregrine - never slipped. Even if you're a more casual trail runner like me, I would highly recommend these.

    Great for tough Mudder and Spartan races, you will be able to climb all the muddy hills with ease.

    Love this brand. I have neuropathy in one foot, due to a herniated disk. These allow me to feel grounded and secure when hiking uneven surfaces, or my easy trail jogs. Love the low drop, too, as it makes me feel more grounded. Many of the trail running shoes have too high a drop, in my opinion. Took them on a trip and they were great for long walks, as they don't have big lugs. This wide fit, fits my foot like a glove.
