I’m very pleased with this shoe. Extremely comfortable in the heel and solid grip are the two biggest standouts for me. Shoe feels light and I’ve been wearing Peregrines for many years now.

Good fit, waterproof, good grip

If you love the feel of the Kinvara, you’ll feel right at home in these. The fit is nearly identical, but the sole is slightly stiffer, giving a touch more protection and stability on uneven ground. The grip is excellent for light to moderate trails, and the GTX upper keeps your feet dry without making the shoe feel heavy it actually stays surprisingly light for a waterproof model.
Great hybrid option if you run both roads and trails.
Highly recommended.

Great ugly shoes

Great shoes. I wish they weren't soooo ugly. Just go back to the simple Grey color of a few editions ago. I dont need giant goretex lettering. I dont want to be a billboard for gore text. I dont want gaudy color schemes. I dont even want "cool" shoes. I just want great shoes that arent embarrassing to wear.

Cool shoe, weak material

I was so excited to get these shoes. When the arrived they were super comfortable and stylis. I took them out for one run, and noticed after my run the material at the front of my shoe where my toe sit was scratched off. I don’t if it was the material or not but cause I have always read good reviews about gortex, but I returned the immediately. I am a die hard saucony fan, so it was very upsetting to see the shoes ruined after one day of wearing them.
