    I bought the Ride 16's a few months ago and have about 250 miles on them. This is one of the best pair of running shoes I have ever used. I bought my Ride 17's last month and I actually think this is a step up. In both cases I bought a half size up from my street shoes and they fit me perfectly. The 17's are comfortably padded without being squishy. I used them for a couple of longer distance runs, ran several up tempo workouts and raced a 5k and felt totally comfortable each time. I would not call the Ride 17 a racing shoe, but they can handle faster paces if needed. They are a perfect addition to my rotation.

    bought this a month ago and here are my thoughts 1. style and color are excellent...cool looking shoe 2. performance--not narrow, lots of room to work with...lots of bounce but firm enough to stay stable on your movements. great shoe overall...rivals the Hoka Clifton that i normally wear...like the Ride better than than the current clifton models...thanks Saucony
