We’re throwing it back to 1975 when the Hornet made its original debut – a fly and fierce addition to the Saucony Originals range. About: Faith, Age 12 Faith was always small for her age and had been identified as failure to thrive but there was no definitive diagnosis. When she came to SickKids in December 2019 for an ultrasound, they were able to confirm a diagnosis of a malrotated bowel. She required emergency surgery. Faith is friendly, outgoing and cheerful, and proud to have gained 12 pounds since her surgery!

I LOVE my 80’s Guinea Pig kicks!

I saw one of the reviews mention that this is a unisex shoe so sizing is way off! I wanted a size 6.5/7 so I ordered a size 5 in this shoe and it’s perfect! I believe whatever your size is you should go down 1.5 so that review was extremely helpful and I’m here to say don’t order your usual size or they’ll be huge!

Sizing Error in Listing!! Read before buying!!

I fell in love with these online & ordered a pair in my size (8). When they arrived, they looked and felt bizarrely long...until I realized that although they are listed as Women's shoes, when you order an 8 you get the Men's size 8 (women's 9.5). I returned & reordered in 6.5...which is hopefully a women's 8. Fairly uncool that they default to men's sizing on a women's listing; VERY cool that it's a unisex shoe...we need more of this in the world.
So are they comfy? I don't know yet. But they are super adorable and although the picture doesn't show this, the insole is decorated with a guinea pig's front end on one shoe and rear end on the other, and the tongue has a daisy badge on one shoe and a puppy face badge on the other (in the same brown and yellow colours as the guinea pig).
Just a heads up for anyone who is also a sucker for retro looking colourful shoes.
