I usually buy this brand, but this particular pair is very uncomfortable. It doesn’t seem to have the support like my last pair of Saucony. Tried them for a week, then went and bought a new pair of Hoka sneakers.

Lost my order and no refund given

Ordered these shoes on Dec. 24th for one hour pickup, finally received the notification on the 31st. I showed up yesterday to find that the store had no record of my order (a manager and so-called “customer service agent” I called today were somehow able to find it today though?).
Apparently the store has somehow lost my order completely, having it marked as picked up, and customer service says they are “pretty backed up” so I will just have to wait to find out if I’ll be refunded for my shoes that they mistakenly gave away to the wrong person with no ID or pick up email. Or an employee took?
Absolutely terrible customer service. Do NOT trust buying online from Sportchek. Will need to dispute with my bank.
