Perfect for walking

I am not a runner so my review may not help you. I bought these after a knee replacement when I was able to walk for 30-60 minutes. I tried on many walking shoes before I tried these. They fit me perfectly- I’m a 10 medium width. I had tried hokas because I wanted cushioning but they were too wide in the medium width. If brooks ghost fit you well than these probably will too. But the cushioning is much better under the toes and exactly what I needed to enjoy walking again.

This is my second pair of these runners and I’m so happy with them. They are so comfortable I don’t get the foot issues I had with another brand. Definitely recommend.

Quality runners

Recently, switched to running in Saucony sneakers for about a year now and have been extremely happy with the quality of the sneakers. The regular size ( bs wide) is roomy that allows a comfort fit for my wide feet. They allow adequate cushioning for my joints and support for my long runs ( ran 18 km today). They are a bit bulkier than the Speed Pros but great for daily training and/ or used interchange with another runner. I really like the colour selection.

I have worn Saucony Triumph running shoes for the last five years. These are sturdy and cushioned well. The insides are great too. They don't rub blisters and are very cooling even running in hot temperatures. These are also very cute. I love the color combination
