Product wrinkled

I love the product but not impressed with it being shoved in the shipping bag without any inside bag for protection. The hoodie was extremely wrinkled when it arrived.

Loved 1st hoodie so much bought 2 more. Very comfortable and softer feel than most hoodies I have had in past. Looks great.

colour doesn’t match photos

The Hoodie feels super comfortable and incredibly soft. My favourite sweater right now. My only issue is that I bought the red one and the colour doesn’t match the photo….it’s more of a heavily faded maroon-ish type colour. Not very happy with misleading photos
