Good boots.

Good stiff boots that edge well on steep terrain. I find gortex liners make my feet sweat and once the socks are wet toes get cold. But almost all boots have a waterproof membrane in them now so I live with it.
These boots were comfortable right out of the box. If you need a stiff boot for scrambling or hiking on steep ground they fit the bill.
