I saw these poles on the website but failed to notice they were not available at my local store. I was a bit miffed when they weren’t there until the manager? pulled out his phone and went to the website and pointed it out to me…graciously and without any attitude and then placed the order for me to have it shipped to my house within a couple of days. Now that’s Customer Service!
