Defective straps.

Ordered two pairs. Straps on both were defective. Had to be returned (Sportchek was great at processing the return…no issues there).

defect- goopy grip strip

I saw a similar review but this also happened to me. I am bummed because they are great looking goggles and the price/sale is awesome. The grip strip on the inside of the strap is not grip, it's glue! Like actually goopy sticky glue. Comes off on helmet, hands, gets everywhere. Must be a defect, perhaps a bad batch

Grip on strap is glue!

The grip strip on the inside of the strap is not grip, it's glue! Like actually goopy sticky glue. Comes off on helmet, hands, gets everywhere. Must be a defect, perhaps a bad batch, hoping this doesn't affect others. I returned. Otherwise googles are mint.
