    Great so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for summer/fall bike touring. Great combination of a compact lightweight self inflating pad with 5mm evazote as extra kush, insulation and puncture protection. Minimal breaths required to top up to medium firmness. Chose SI versus air mattresses because of concerns with baffles separating and being left with no cushion and insulation in the event of an air leak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t squeak when you roll over like other pads! Only takes 2-3 big breaths to finish inflating which is sweet. Comfy and reasonably small/light for backpacking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased backpacking inflatable mattress pad several years ago and has always leaked air slowly overnight. I was never able to find source of leak. Sea to Summit exchanged the pad for new after I described the issue and provided photos. New pad works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleep mat is very comfortable. It kept me from getting very cold during a 31° F. overnight, and I am really not much of a camper! I was grateful to have the sleep mat with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great warranty, Sea to Summit sent me a new sleeping pad after my original pad had a defect that occurred years after purchasing it. The sleeping pad is light and perfect for backpacking trips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packs up small for a self inflating mattress. It's comfortable and keeps me warm so far. I like self inflating mattresses because it's a bit of insurance against leaks. You can at least have some cushion if it fails. It does seem slightly thinner than other mattresses I own of the same claimed thickness but I haven't actually measured it.

On my third year using the pad, which was an upgrade for me primarily to avoid having to inflate an old REI sleeping mat, but turned out to be very helpful when I bought an ultralight backpack - it serves as the internal support system very well. It is comfortable enough, more so than the REI pad, and once I got the hang of deflating it for packing, is a pretty great piece of equipment. Also not very noisy, which is a plus.

I've been hiking the Appalachian trail and I couldn't be happier with this Mat. I'm a side sleeper and this has been a dream to sleep on . Not to mention Nate in customer service was a huge help in getting my mat replaced.
