We still bring our insulated mugs for coffee, but the cups our great for our morning chia or flavoured cold drinks. Will be using those when we travel too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always used a titanium or stainless steel set up for expeditions, but this kit’s utility was apparent right away for sea kayaking expeditions. It’s impressive packability is so much easier to cram into small hatches and any small voids. I really appreciate this factor the most. I wondered how it would hold up to my typical backpacking/kayaking stoves. A full, high burn on my usual stove (I use the MSR Pocket Rocket) caused no issues- it was a very quick boil for a full pot, actually, and the blue flame beneath the pot didn’t come anywhere close to the suggested max flame extent. I was kind of surprised that the instruction text on the bottom of the pot was not even affected. When you add in the two plates, two cups, and two bowls included in this kit- and it still packs as small(!)- the total weight is very backpack friendly especially if you are traveling with a partner or group. If I am solo, I would just take a small portion of the kit, and it is very comparable to my titanium gear’s weight (but far more packable.) I honestly wasn’t sure when I first saw this kit that I would swap it out for my metal gear, but testing it out has sold me on it earning a place in my kayak programs. One ask: if they added or sold a snap lid for the bowl, I would love to make it my snack/lunch carrier in my day hatch as a swap for the Tupperware I usually use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing! The time it takes to boil water is half the time on this pot, and the cups hold the heat well. I didn’t have to worry about burning my hands either! Easy to clean, and easy to store and take on the go!

He said he’s never used a compact cooking pot before and couldn’t believe he was going to get to use one forever now. He said the handle was super easy to come off the pot for storage and it lays all the way flat. It also comes with 2 cups and 2 bowls and they all fit inside the pot for storage. We will be using this all summer long!

It lays perfectly flat and can easily be stored in a bag or with the rest of your camping equipment. The silicone material is very sturdy and can easily hold whatever you want to cook.
