    Great rain gear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’ve only used it for 5-mile hikes in my local state park, but it keeps me dry and I’m able to remove my pack for a rest break while staying underneath the whole time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yup, it's definitely green. Also big enough to cover my pack, but not drag the ground when packless. Very pleased with purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice color lime bug free. Good for one person. good snaps to snug better you can run a 3mm cord to secure better.

Been using for a couple of months now and it's held up quite nicely to my light abuse. Packs down well and is much much quieter than my Ultra-Sil Nano poncho. So I use this Nylon poncho more often especially whilst cycling, this is perfect for the warm climate I live in. The green color is nice & visible as well.

Not ultralight, but material seems of great quality. Got to use it in Cape Scott Provincial Park and was very happy with it. Poncho kept me dry and protected me from the wind. Snaps are light duty and come undone against the branches/bushes, but I think it's to prevent it from tearing

    Green Nylon Tarp Poncho

I bought the 70D green tarp poncho as an inexpensive way to try out tarp poncho camping before springing for something lighter and more expensive. The rectangular cut and simple design makes it a breeze to pitch in different ways. Kept me and my pack dry over a rainy weekend backpacking trip. Using some cord or just tie the ends up around your waist keeps it from billowing all over. I will be ordering the much lighter 15D version, but if you're looking for a flexible piece of robust gear I would definitely recommend the 70D tarp poncho.

I haven't been out in weather yet but the poncho is well made. Not ultralight but is just as I hoped it would be - a little more sturdy. The corner attachments are real good for using as a backup tarp.
