Product fine, but shipping a nightmare

Product was okay, but shipping was an absolute disaster. Was ordered with time to spare before my son's birthday, only to get a notification that it was delayed because of rail issues. Took almost a month longer than expected, and when it did arrive, the packaging was all beat up and the product had a bunch of scratches one end where the packing had been mangled. Won't ever be buying anything online from Sportchek again. They need to overhaul their entire supply chain.
No, I do not recommend this product.
