Very well made. Inside of bag has many pockets and bags to keep things organized and easy to find. The wheels don’t add much extra weight. The bag can easily be carried or wheeled effortlessly.

Bad service

Bag is too new to review. However, the website crashed when I was putting the order through. It ended up putting a duplicate order in. One arrived, one didn’t. I called customer service and they said that it’s impossible and it must’ve been something I did wrong. They weren’t able to tell me why the other order has been stuck in transit for almost a minute month now. It’s almost like it shouldn’t exist🤷♂️. Anyways, still waiting to hear back.
