    Just a classic wood stick

Being wooden it’s a bit heavy and has no grip but for such a low price I’d say this is a great option. I’ve brought it to shinny a few times just to see what a wood stick is like and I find stick handling is just fine and you can get some good power and accuracy out of your shots (so long as you’re comfortable with a 100~ flex stick). I also appreciate that it’s naturally extended.

    Sherwood 9950 sticks

Only place I could get 9950's was online at SportChek. I have used 9950 sticks for many years. Hard to find longer wood sticks anymore and 9950's are perfect.

    Back to the original length.

I wrote a negative review a few years ago for this product that I am thrilled to retract. I went into a sportchek recently to have a look at the sticks and this baby is back to its original length I bought 2 and will likely pick up more soon just in case.

I call this my PMP Cane. The heaviness of the stick means guys with these new fangled composite noodles will lose when they try to lift it. In board battles, come out on top and with the puck more often than not. Styme the skilled players with unexpected reach when poke checking. And make long heavy shots with this stiff rod, sure to penetrate any goaliexs nerves. For defense and reach, accept no substitutes.

Great stick. The lie, curve and stiffness is great.
