My girl just turned 7, she's 58-60lbs and 4'3". We bought the kids medium, its big on her but not uncomfortable so it'll last a few years. I love how her neck guard is never lost, she loves how it fits and feels. Not bulky like regular neck guards. She also loves the shirt and wants to wear it to and from the rink. Toss the old neck guard in the trash and get one of these built in units to be protected and comfortable. Your kid will love it.
