Lost at the store????

I didn’t even receive. I ordered these for my kid for ball hockey they told me it would be 3 to 5 business days two weeks later. I still didn’t receive them then they told me that the parcel got lost at the store. And then I didn’t receive them at all and they are sold out everywhere, so my child didn’t get pads for ball hockey this year
It didn’t compensate me or do anything in anyway other than send me my money back
