Serves its purpose. Works but may not last. The velcro strap is cheaply made and likely won’t last very long. After about a month’s use, the connecting strap looks like it will not last and will need to be replaced.

We have been using these from Sherwood for like 10 years now. All have been great in quality and durability. But I do see other kids' neck guard from the same or different brands be really chewed up but I think that has everything to do with how you take care of them (or not).

Sherwood Hockey Neck Guard with Bib

My son Logan is a goalie for both ball hockey thru the HMBHL and also his high school ice hockey team.He liked the adjustability,the lightweight feel,but added protection that this offers and he felt very comfortable wearing it,in addition to his acrylic neck protector.
