No delivery, no refund, no contact-BEWARE!

I ordered it, the courier brought three notices of delivery attempts to my home, then sent me an email that it had been delivered-although I never saw it.
They then told me it was at a pickup depot 25km away.
I called Sportchek CS to express my concerns, and were told a refund would arrive shortly after the item was returned to their warehouse-still waiting, and no further follow up. 22 days after ordering, no goods, no refund.
I will know have to call again to chase down a refund.
Think twice before you order if you need the goods, not a runaround.
This will be my last time ordering online with the Triangle group. Poor follow up, and you have to fight for your money for goods never received.
No, I do not recommend this product.
