I dipped it in boiling water and molded it to my mouth. I liked it. For many years, I have only used dentist made mouth guards. I needed one quick so I thought I would give this one a try. I would say it is comparable to the dentist guards. I would buy this one again.

Suspect an allergen. What is this made of?

The instructions are easy enough to follow to mold the guard to your teeth. The problem I found is my tongue started swelling every time I wore it. I have another type of guard and have no problems with it, so it must be something with the material.
No, I do not recommend this product.
