easy to operate. work great would like them to make them in minis!

They do the job. You take care of them (dry them off, don't skrunch them up) and they last. Worth the price.

Replacement product. Works as expected. Great for water workouts!

Disappointed to realize these are not Bluetooth capable. I had products between these and the openswim pros and managed to miss this very serious difference. I’m sure these are great for some folks, but an MP3 player wasn’t what I was in the market for.

They don’t show up on my computer so have never worked!

As an MP3 player it's okay. As a useful exercise aid it's hard to navigate the MP3 player

The sound is incredible underwater. They are incredibly comfortable and stay put well on the ears. I’m impressed by the product with the exception of not being able to shuffle the MP3 tracks. I’ve looked up different combinations of buttons to press on the Shokz website and none of them will shuffle. Otherwise, fantastic product—would give a 4. 5 stars if I could.

I've do lap swim for years and finally decided to splurge on Shokz Open Swim since I figured it would make it more enjoyable, and it has been great! I have a collection of digital music and don't mind the process of copying things over - the process is easy, simple drag and drop. If you have Windows media player, it does pick up Shokz and you can upload your music to there if that's easier. My main concern was mostly about constant adjustment of the OpenSwim but it actually stays very secure when I am swimming and even when doing wall turns. I adjust my swim cap more often and never really need to touch or adjust the OpenSwim. I usually put it on first, when my swim cap, and tuck in the ear pieces partially under the swim cap and that's been comfortable while also working well for me. Sound quality is best when you're submerged underwater, and the button controls are easy to use. I appreciate that they are haptic controls so I can feel for them without having too much guesswork of what I'm trying to press, especially while swimming. Definitely take a moment to read the button instructions, there is are multiple options to shuffle, skip, adjust volume, etc. Just a heads up that when turning on, the music immediately starts playing from where it last left off.
