I bought 10 of these lateral resistor pro's just before the holidays to aid my girls varsity basketball team in getting them to be quicker on there defensive slides and getting the ball higher off the glass. I used the intermediate band for my drills and for two weeks straight we used them in 20 minute segments each day of practice. The girls didn't initially like them as the bands forced them to move east/west with resistance and made them work extra hard to get to the designated spot on the floor and when i rolled tennis balls on floor it made them move at resisted speed to get to the ball before it got past them. After about 4 days they started to get a little quicker with the resistance and the initial soreness faded away. Now 3 weeks later we are going up to the high end resistor band as they need a challenge. We also use these bands to make our layups as they are good for forcing a player to explode high in the air with resistance. We also use them to high step over cones with resistance.

Excellent and effective 3-in-1 tool. However, if the heavy resistance band isn't enough, not sure how one may add additional resistance. Would be nice if SKLZ provided additional resistance bands for the Lateral Resistor Pro. Sewing, materials, and construction are excellent.

Real need to supply replacement bands.

I am a High School Basketball Coach and purchased 8 of your Lateral Resistor Bands and they were fantastic in the development of teaching foot movement. The problem was the more efficient and stronger my players got the bands started breaking. I am so disappointed because I have tried to find replacement bands unsuccessfully. The bands really work but there is no way that I will continue to purchase a whole new set when all I need are the replacement bands. I believe in your products but I need to find a company that is so confident in their product that it will provide replacements that will keep costumers happy to return while encouraging others to buy your products also. I would be more than glad to recommend this product to a friend but I could not do it knowing that when the bands break they would have to purchase a whole new set. I would lose credibility with those I recommended it to should there be no replacement bands available.

Great Product but need to have better bands

I have used this exactly 5 times and love them, but the red and black band broke doing exactly what I bought them for (German walks and wall sprints). Need to sell replacement bands or improve quality of original bands.
