Lightweight and portable, the SKLZ Lighting Bolt Pro Automatic Pitching Machine is the perfect training tool to help players improve contact at the plate. The pitching machine automatically pitches 26 soft practice balls at 30 mph every 5 seconds. Designed to be adjustable, the training aid can be positioned at different pitching locations to build hand-eye coordination. Through focusing on soft micro balls, batters will be forced to work on the visual processing, concentration, and hand-eye coordination that makes hitters great. The training aid holds up to 26 balls at a time and includes 12 Bolt Balls. The Lighting Bolt Pro is powered by an AC adaptor or 6 C batteries (batteries not included). By adding a Quick Stick bat, ballplayers of all levels will be challenged even more.

The boys love this! I bought the crate as per other people’s recommendations but so far we have only used the crate to store it in. The pitches seem to be high enough and easy to adjust for my 11 year old and my 18 year old who is 6’3!

Both my 4 year old and my 6 year old children love this. Not only does it allow them to play by themselves, but with all the different settings, it really does present just the right amount of challenge and fun for them

The balls the size of a golf ball, but heavy density foam makes for good batting practice. I took the advise for using a milk crate for propping it higher is recommended. Have an issue with 2 balls being pitched at once sometimes. And I recommend getting an extra 12 balls. Using a swerve plastic bat indoors. Will update how it works out doors.

Skilz batting pitching machine bought in April 23.

Took a while for it to get shipped to my house. Balls are a little small and tend to get easily lost outside. Machine is decent but is a little wild at times. Which isn’t bad but make sure your young one is wearing a helmet. Ok for the money.
