    I bought these when I was working with the trainer. I just rediscovered them two years later and forgot how helpful they are in building strength and flexibility. Thank you! I tried to look up the videos for training. I’m not sure that they exist anymore. Do you know where the videos are for training and other exercises, I’d love to see them!

    I own a fitness company focusing on virtual coaching and these SKLZ are a must need for your in home fitness journey. Gyms will not be the same for at least another year. I recommend these!!!!
