Unraveled in 3 months......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED this hat. It was comfortable, warm, and looked great. Unfortunately, it only lasted 3 months. It began to unravel and the ball on top fell off. I have attached a picture. Super disappointing because I usually love smartwool.
