Finally a peaceful sleep

We tried this on a whim and it worked! My husband says even he sleeps better with it because his own snoring isn’t waking him up. And I can finally sleep through the night not waking up to stop his snoring 50 times a night. He did say it was uncomfortable and his teeth/jaw hurt for a week or two at the beginning getting used to it but now is completely fine.

I’ve tried other so called remedies and this is the only one that actually works. I highly recommend wearing it for a few hours each day for about a week prior to wearing it all night.

It works really well although it definitely takes some getting used to. Quite uncomfortable in the beginning, but it gets better with use. Probably not a long term solution as my jaw developed some pain a couple of weeks in, but it is a good start if snoring is an issue.

It bulky, hard to keep mouth closed. I’m 6’. I have an overbite so even at zero adjustment there is a lot of pressure on lower jaw. The hot water moulding worked well, got a good imprint.

easy to set up, however having difficulty keeping lower jaw stable in the mouthpiece during sleep and issues with saliva leaking from corner of mouth during sleep. Will continue to try and make adjustments to see if any improvement. Better solution than CPAP so far.

The product alone is comfortable. It has definitely helped with the snoring if you work a combination of things such as no late meals, proper sleep cycle (consistent). The biting and molding to your teeth instructions were super clear. Takes a bit of adjustment to get used to it. The furthest away setting is not comfortable for me so I stick with a #4 settings go from 3-6. If you have a larger mouth try the 6. It makes me sleep with my mouth open but I can live with that. It's pretty bulky overall.

Bought this after seeing it advertised online. Fits incredibly poorly and wake up with a dried out mouth. 0/5 and I can't even get my money back, don't waste your time
