Works for flat feet

I have flat feet and I have having pain at the bottom of my feet. These inserts helped and I was able to cut them down at the front to fit my shoe. Note: the sizes are for men's shoes. The XL is for a 12-13 men's shoe. I wish there was a size chart, but I was able to trim the insole at the top so it fit into my shoe (using the non-orthotic insole) without any issue.

Very good replacements to custom orthotics

I prefer my custom orthotics however, I wasn't ready to cut them down to fit into my ski boots. These inserts were perfect to do just that!

I bought 5 of these for all my sport shoes and boots. So far they seem great and help prevent foot fatigue, cramps from standing especially while riding an Eskate or Electric Unicycle.

Great for flat foot and low arch

Perfect for those with low arch foot but the arch in the sole seems to be a little close to the toes and not positioned exactly under the arch of my foot. A trace amount of discomfort but not entirely noticeable when walking.

Did not work well for me

This is of course for the most part subjective and feet are all different. Having said that i gave three stars as i find these insoles far too stiff. Also the arch is rated low but i did not find this. That or it hit my foot in the wrong way causing discomfort. I own three sets of Superfee blue, green and orange and none bother my foot the way these insoles do. Too bad as Iwas hoping the low arch feature would really work for my flatter feet.

Not for everyone

My husband has been having foot pain and is needing a small arch support lately. These ones were to high in the arch and hard material. There were not comfortable.
