I continually buy these for work. If you have any arch issues these work well. They do not take up too much room in my shoes. They typically last me 4 to six months depending on how much I’m on my feet. They stay in place and stay order free.

I bought these for my son and I who are both flat footed and I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis for over three years. My first day wearing these I had no heel pain. My son described them as no insert he has ever tried before. They give just the right amount of arch support without the pressure of a hard brace supporting the arch. It’s almost like a shock absorber for your foot. Love these so much! Will be buying more for my other shoes.

Better than any other insert I have bought in the past I have 2 heel spurs in each of my feet and the pain is excruciating these inserts help tremendously and I dont have to take pain meds to stop the pain these inserts alleviate most of the pain
