These are comfortable, solid, and offer good support. I would have given 5 stars but for two very minor issues: the loops at the top are a little narrow for the thick laces, and the velcro strap doesn't seem to offer much additional support. I love that Jackson is a Canadian made product

Faulty order system and no accountability

Their website didn't allow my address to be reviewed or updated before automatically sending the order through. I tried calling, website chat, and contacting through email within seconds of getting the order confirmation and not one person would help with changing the order. Tracking the order or correcting their error. I have no idea a month later where my purchases are.
